Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide complete satisfaction to our clients. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow these guidelines:

Project Cancellation

• Projects can be canceled within 3 days of agreement signing.

• Any cancellation request after project initiation will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

• 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the work has started.

• If the project is canceled before initiation, 80% of the amount will be refunded.

Delay in Delivery

If delay occurs due to our team’s fault, we ensure compensation through additional service or support (as applicable).
